HI, that is, Hawaii. :) More specifically, from the photographically (film) deprived island of Oahu. There isn't much place for a film lover in Hawaii. There are very few film labs left, I can count them on one hand. But I am just getting into it all!

This past year I've learned from a friend how to develop my own B&W and this next year I plan to set up a darkroom and do my own printing! So I hope to learn a lot from APUG and maybe share some of the things I learn, as well.

Aloha. Normally I live on a tiny island, smaller than Moloka'i, off the East Coast of the mainland, but we're visiting my in-laws on O'ahu this week. We were out shooting yesterday around Sandy Beach and Makapu'u beach. Not sure where we'll go today. Waiting for the rain to clear up. See you around.

Welcome from landlocked Northamptonshire. If you've got the space for a darkroom then that's the biggest battle won. The rest is relatively easy but fascinating to learn. If it wasn't we'd have given up long ago. Well I would have!
