I was pointed to the APUG site by a friend of mine (frank) and did join back in February but have just recently been visiting a little more regularly. I don't remember sending a greeting to everyone so I'd like to do that now.
My name is Brian and I have been enjoying photography for a number of years now. I shoot more B&W than colour and have been doing my own B&W developing and printing. I recently aquired an older 4x5 camera and feel that I am learning photography all over again. I also shoot 35mm and 645 (medium format). I am basically self taught but have attended some workshops and some night courses in the past.
My day job is in telecomunnications in the city of Toronto although I live about an hour northeast of the city not too far from frank. I am looking forward to joining in on some of the discussions and exchanges in the forums. Thanks.
