john We appreciate all the kind words. Any issues with shipping certain chems? B&H for example wont ship certain things.
Cheers,

Hi Bill,
We can ship via UPS Ground to anywhere in the lower 48 states.
We cannot ship Next Day, 2 Day or any other expedited air based shipping method. As long as it says on the ground and doesn't cross international borders, we should be able to get it to you.

ITALY
Hi Stefano,
Glad to hear you enjoy our products. Unfortunately we have not worked out any viable method for overseas shipping. At this time, our products can only be shipped via motor freight, or UPS Ground shipment. This prevents us from getting stuff overseas.
Hopefully we will be able to resolve this in the future. In the meantime, thanks for your support.
Sorry to disappoint.
Ken photo8x10 01-30-2008, 10:11 AM It's a pity, but I'm sure you resolve this little problem in the future, I'll check you site for future update
Best
Stefano I've used Sprint fixer, hardener, fixer remover and print dev. for years. I just tried your wetting agent... holy cow it's good. I've been besotted with water spotting problems on my 8x10 negs for a long time, but with your stuff... nothing, not a spot! Thanks! I'll be ordering directly from you from now on. What about shipping to Canada? pesphoto 02-19-2008, 03:16 PM Im in RI also and will be ordering online as well, Ive used Sprint for years. Ken;
What about shipping to Canada?
Hi Brian,
We are looking into the possibility of shipping to Canada. UPS will go there, but at this time we are unsure of the regulations that might affect/restrict shipping our products to Canada.
I will post more information to our APUG forum as soon as possible.
In the meantime, thanks for your interest. Glad to know we have some fans up north.
Ken Brian Gatien 02-20-2008, 03:47 PM Thanks for the response. I will ask around here about the regulations.
Brian CraigK 02-20-2008, 04:37 PM Be sure to let us other Canadians know when you find out what the regulations are for shipping.
By the way, I heard Canada Post is looking into buying brand new dog sleds to replace the donkey carts it normally uses so who knows, it may just be possible.
Minus 30 today with a forecast of colder temps tomorrow....:( mikez 03-19-2008, 01:02 AM No problems besides with the film and print developers in our community lab. Film developing times seem to be a little short. Chemicals seem to spoil pretty quickly compared to other products, but the pricing and economical dilutions have made it possible for us to purchase other equipment and chemistry for advanced students. |
