I think I'd probably just use a 4x5 reducing back...
No tripod needed. Forklift maybe but no tripod.

Check out the work of the Chinese photographer Shi Guo Rui.

He makes negative pinhole images inside a very large truck. Shi has done a lot of work in the US and exhibits all over the world. The size of his work is really huge.
