Anyone in Grand Rapids, MI know what happened to The Camera Store at 1533 Wealthy St? (and the 'museum' contents inside!)

I went there a couple weeks ago & it was boarded up soon to become a sandwich shop.

It was formerly a real landmark. KB244 here had some connection with them but I haven't been able to contact Karl by PM, and I'm not particularly Instant Mess savvy.

Check here, there is mention of relocating stock, but I couldn't find any reference to a new location. It does, however, include a "contact us" link, so maybe you can try that.

Also on the website of the link you provided, there's a link to the Southwest Michigan Council of Camera Clubs (http://www.swmccc.org/). I'll bet someone there knows something about The Camera Center and their museum pieces.
