Aggie, I'd be willing to pay for a subscription, not just an issue.

Aggie, I will pay for a subcription, whatever that comes to.

You also should not discount advertisement, and specifically digital advertisement. If a digital manufacturer wants to advertize in a magazine which they know is dedicated exclusively to analog photography who are we (generic term) to refuse their money?! Lets not fall in the same trap PV did, the editorial should specify an all "classic" magazine but content should be separated from advertisement, Heck...as far as I am concerned if the chicken ranch wants to advertise in the magazine I am all for it and taking their money.....:P

I am glad you are reconsidering it, if there is anything I can do from Mx, let me know.....

Aggie,
You can count me in for a subscription. I think that everyone will recognize my commitment to traditional photography by now. Let me know if I can be of further help. I spoke with Steve awhile back about a couple ideas for articles. Let me know if that would be of help.

I'm up for it. Definitely a subscription, anything I can contribute to content, and any plain old lackey work that I can help with.

Count me in - I thinks that great things can come from small ideas. I would be willing to pay up front, or subscription and also contribute in any way possible.

All the best,

A "Dear Aggie" column? That did it. Who could possibly resist anything like that?

Count me in. Please. Please, count me in!! - Subsciption, monetary assistance (... some, anyway), contributions, photographs, weird opinions, ... I'll lie down on the floor and let you walk all over me .... well - maybe not quite THAT.

Count me in for a subscription. Any estimate on how long it will take to get to press? At that small size a saddlebound book would be the least expensive and most efficient route. I can see if my boss would like to bid on the work when you are ready for it.

ED, how about instead of a Dear Aggie, have an Aggielog (take off on analog) I am not technical enough for the articles, but I sure can add comic relief.

Other mags (not necessarily photographic mags, I'll grant you!) have an Agony Aunt... ...we could have an Aggie Aunt! I can see it now:

"Dear Aunt Aggie,

I'm throwing a darkroom party at the weekend and wonder if you could suggest some party games to help the whole thing go with a swing! I tried this at the last one I held, but "bobbing for apples in the dev tank" didn't go quite as well as I'd thought it would..."

;-)

Seriously though, all the best. Looking around and the wealth of talent on this site, this could be very good indeed!
