Probably Segovia, but not absolutely decided. It's only an hour and a half by train or bus from Madrid, but you are close to the mountains, big open spaces, and every day you walk over 2000 years of history. There, or San Francisco. I think it is the most beautiful city in the US - I love the weather, the geography, the big city activities plus the access to incredible natural landscapes within a half-hour drive up or down the coast.
