I've taken the 3 days off for this. Should be interesting street photography.

I plan to bring my Mamiya 645 shooting Ilford 3200 film. This is a great camera for these things. Easy to change lenses almost as fast as a 35mm The larger negative has a much nicer look for me. A few other 35mms will probably be stuck here and there as well.

If you any one is interested maybe we could meet for breakfast and talk shop.

In case you don't know it is Sep. 1-4

For the rest of the world that isn't American, you might want to explain what RNC is, where it will be, and why you think there will be so many protests ...

Quite right. RNC, Republican National Committee. Both parties have a convention mostly just a show to kick off the election season. all popmp and circumstance. Both parties will have protesters outside to vocalize thier various complaints. Sometimes these are large crowds of people from all over the country and I expect some of the neighboring countries as well. Becuase of this diversity the picture taking can be quite interesting. The DNC, Demcratic National Committee is haveing thier convention next week in Denver, Co. A lot of the same protestors go to both.

I'm sure there is a better description and certianly more colorful then I have given. I don't care about sides on this just looking to take a few pictures.
