I need to shoot a white irish rapper in about 6 hours time, very short notice but I don't mind. On color too, which is a bit of a shock to the system.

Being a b+w photograpger, all I have to hand is some fuji velvia in date, some fuji reala 100 (exp 2004) and some fuji pro 160s (exp 2007).

I'll shoot a little polaroid time-zero but I am looking for suggestions on what to use from the three films I have available. I can push/pull or cross process, all suggestions welcome. Camera will be a mamiya 6 and a hasselblad 500cm.

I don't use Fuji films so can't really give an expert opinion. But just from the date information you gave, I'd be inclined to rule out the reala due to the 2004 expiration date. The pro 160s is not so old, and if it's been refrigerated, it should be OK. I think that would be my first choice of the alternatives you list.
