Hi All,

I have quite a few outstanding help desk requests that I plan to knock out tomorrow (Fri. US time). To those who have been waiting thanks for your patience.

*update* still a bit of a backlog, got through 30 tonight and plan to do 20 a day, should be 100% caught up end of week.
