I've seen this exhibit and was blown away. Never had the opportunity to see a print by Karsh in person; humbling experience.
Here (http://www.mcmichael.com/exhibitions/index.cfm#Karshed.) is the link for details. Show is on until end June. They also run an 80min movie with and about Karsh, I think is called "The searching eye", very interesting. I really felt inspired after I spent the afternoon there.

Mike, this one has both his famous people portrait series and the industrial images (later ordered by the car makers).

So I went to McMichael to see today. Wowwee! I have an old book of Karsh full plate prints, but seeing them in person 20x24 (or larger) was certainly something else. Great iconic portraits (Hemmingway, Shaw, Einstein, Churchill, Man Ray) of course, but the Ford Oakville, Atlas, and Sharon Steel photographs really blew me away. It's one thing to have someone waltz into a prepped studio but quite another to make an 8x10 exposure in the heat and grime of steel being poured. Bought the book, too.
