Is there any interest in having a print-on-demand pinhole photography journal that you can sit back with and enjoy whilst you wait for an exposure making new pinhole images, for example?
A hard-copy collectible of our fine fotographic art.
Are these the things you'd expect:
Reviews of cameras, home-made and commercial.
A small marketplace to show us where we can buy supplies and get started if just new to the art.
Techniques to build and use pinhole cameras.
Featured Pinhole Photographer's and some of their work.
Interviews with artists
Special collector's gallery - distinctively presented within the magazine.
Your thoughts, comments - feedback would be appreciated.
Thank You

I'm not a big pinholer, but that sounds intriguing.

Certainly well worth putting the concept together. Then you could be bugging me for a change.

I sure would be interested in such a publication especially if care is made to expose us to high quality imaginative works ....

The printing will be the only downside, none of the digital POD devices really make great photos especially when you are dealing with either just the K channel or trying to get an uncolormanged device to print neutral gray using CMY.
If you feel like doing the work to try it, go ahead and do so (maybe publish it for the Amazon Kindle too) as I'd be interested to see what the printing really turns out to be. But you will need to decide if pages will be full color, full color grayscale, or just black ink. Maybe you can mix them, maybe not as it depends on the system used and the workflow used to drive the machine. Just remember that if you publish for Kindle it is grayscale only. And no I don't own a Kindle (or Kindle2 or Kindle3) but if you are going to build it electronically, might as well open yourself up for alternative outlets.

Isn't there already a publication that deals with toy cameras and pinholes and other "low tech" photography?
Its name escapes me...

Yes, several. And several very good websites.
