Newbie From New Caney, TX

Hi, My name is Donnie. I am from Texas!!!!! WOOOOHOOOO LOL Anyway, I have always likes taking pictures but I never had a good camera. I spent 8 yrs in the navy. My first deployment aboard the USS Constellation, we stopped in Hong Kong and I bought ( at the time ) a brand new Minolta Dynax 404-SI and 2 lenses. I immediatly remembered how much I enjoyed taking pictures. Anyway, I have recently started a photo 1 class at LSC Montgomery College in The Woodlands, TX. My instructior incidently is a member of this site, Valerie. I took 2 photo classes in highschool too. I am a husband and a father of three and I am currently pursuing my associates of arts degree hoping to transfer and recieve my bachelors in History. We shall see!!! I'm loving that GI-BILL and Support our Service Men and Women!!!!!!!! They risk their live so you don't have too.......:D
