Just wanted to formally introduce myself after being away. And a quick intro as this will now become my place to be.
I am a children's photographer in Maryland soon to be in Park City UT. I also have a strong love of music and photograph bands as much as I can. I have had an obsession with photographing underwater for the last few months.
Just sold my Nikon D3 to be good and done with digital ;). I have been swinging back and forth for about 3 yrs and finally said enough is enough. I now have in my bag an F100, 50 1.4. Now that my D3 has left I purchased a used Contax 645 and 80mm 2.0. I also shoot with Holga and Diana.
I feel free to truly create what I see and feel now, I am no longer filled with angst in regards to what I should be doing for my clients and what I need to do for myself. Ready to enjoy the ride and so thankful for this wonderful resource and group of talented artists.
warmest regards,
Hx

Welcome-- I see you're moving to my old stomping grounds. I lived in sin city(the name the mormons gave it) from 75 to 86. I used to live on Park Ave across from the old high school. Only had to cross the street and up a flight of stairs to get to the base at Park City. I also built the first home at Jeremy Ranch, Deer Valley, the Silver King Condos, and the bank in front of the shopping plaza on lower park ave. and quite a few other houses and remods. Hope you love it there. I moved out when they installed the first traffic light in town. Enjoy--Rick
