View Full Version : nasty bug going around, atleast in akl area...
I just came out of what was like a 2 day coma :o still feel like I have a couple days left.. relentless headache, sinus, chest thing.. few others I know got hit with it.

Was in Auckland two weeks ago and yup I know all about it - rest easy knowing that it's now in Melbourne also :D

Best move to Wellington, some down there believe that the more severe winter weather kills off the bugs each year.
(and after a few years in both towns Wellington is my choice)

I had a really nasty one too several weeks ago - spent a total of about 6 hours out of bed in 3 days, and for the next few days I slept 18 hours or more.

I had the flu several years ago really put me in bed. I hope it never happens again!

Hmm...that may disprove the Wellington winter bug killing properties theory.
Mind you it wasn't that cold last time I was there in winter.

ok, back from the dead.. phew... still some residual grogginess and sinus but plenty good enough to start catching up on emails, etc.
