It's a little too late to be asking this question for my current class but I need to know for future reference.

My first photography class only required 8 x 10 unmounted prints in a portfolio. However, my current class portfolio requirements are a little more complicated.

Since September, I've been looking for a portfolio for my photographic prints.
The requirement of the class is that they be mounted on 11 x 14 mat board. I've looked at various portfolios i.e. Itoya but all I've seen are whole sizes - no 1/2, etc., 11 x 17 is too long and not wide enough. :(

The problem I'm finding out is that these portfolios are designed to hold
11 x 14 unmounted prints. I have a feeling that my next photography class is going to have this same requirement.

Is there a source out there that makes and sells such a portfolios?

For mounted prints, most people use a portfolio box.

I have a 11 x 17 portfolio box. Seems a little bulky but if the instructor doesn't mind neither do I.

BTW - I visited your site. Very Nice!

I have a friend in the bay area I've know for almost 30 yrs. His first name is Shiu.
