I AM NEW TO TOY CAMERAS AND HAVE JUST DEVELOPED MY FIRST ROLL.HOWEVER MOST OF THEM TURNED OUT TO BE UNDEREXPOSED.I UNDERSTAND THAT 'N' IS ABOUT 1/60.WHAT ABOUT 'SUNNY' , 'CLOUDY' ETC MODES?? WHICH ARE THE F-STOP EQUIVALENTS OF THESE MODES??

I used some Ilford Delta 3200 film for some late afternoon shooting with aperture at "sun" and got good results.

Welcome to APUG :). It is (more/less) f8, f11, f16. I always put at least iso 400 film in diana, and develop more than usual.
ps. Don't use capital letters, it looks little aggressive :)
