I was rummaging through the files of KEH, B&H and Adorama, looking for another lens for my Nikkormat FTN. It came with the 55mm micro, but I was looking for something with a little more expansive viewpoint. Unfortunately, I am a little bit cash-strapped at the moment (need to buy a new computer:p), so the idea of a new(old) lens was academic. Until I remembered the other lens that came with the Nikkormat.:o
It's a Nikkor 28mm f/3.5, a smidgen slow, but just fine and dandy for me, since I now have the wider view, and I didn't have to lay out any cash. It's minus the rabbit ears, but the meter on the camera is kaput, so the missing coupling is of no consequence.:D
Every now and again... I win one!
Who was it said even a blind hog can find an acorn, every now and again?
With best regards.

PS: Was it Mick Jagger who said you can't always get what you want, but sometimes you find you get what you need?
