There are several but I'm not sure about Tasmania. In Melbourne try <http://www.labx.com.au/index.htm> and in Sydney try <http://www.blanconegro.com.au/BlancoNegro/HOME.html>
If you are using colour then I'd suggest Horsham Colour <http://www.horshamcolour.com.au/about.html> in country Victoria.
A good source for film (usually by overnight fast delivery) is Les Porter <http://www.lesporter.com.au/> but I'm not sure if he stocks Kodak film.

Adelaide: Atkins for developing /printing ... Total Photographics for film.

Melbourne: Prism Colour, Queensberry Street North Melbourne (4km from city, just off Flemington Road coming from airport): pro-level lab, full services with quick turnaround for E6 (2-3hours) and printing; good stock of E6 films but not B&W. VanBar, Leicester Street Carlton in University Precinct: equipment, film in most sizes, processing etc. Film only plus pre-loved equipment: Michaels Camera House, Cnr Elizabeth and Lonsdale Streets Melbourne: big stock of films and even bigger stock of new and pre-owned equipment.

Depends where you are, mdm. It's a very big country with big distances between cities, and a shop in another state might as well be in another country. We are certainly not a lucky country with regards to prices on photo goods, a subject which has been aired many times before.
