I'm wishing for a Durst Femotub and have posted a request to buy in the WTB Classified section. I really want to do 1:1 reproductions of 4x5 negatives.

Sell my Toyo 810M field camera to fund other photo stuff
Learn masking techniques for 4x5 and 8x10
Start enlarging my 8x10 negatives and evolve my craft in that area
Expose more film
Start using the studio lighting that I bought in 2009

That there won't be any more woe is me, this product has been discontinued threads (even if it has).

I did some dodging and burning today on the freeway! Ha!
One of my photographic wishes is that clients love the images I make. I strive making my subjects more beautiful than they actually are and spread the word about my work.

My wishes is that I get more work in photography so I can quit my helpdesk job. And that I learn to make beautiful photo's :-)

Here are my wishes:
1. Start thinking in terms of projects rather than looking for one-shot wonders
2. Stop thinking that I need more gear, when I already have great stuff now, and probably more gear than I need at this point
3. Decide on one film and stick to it until I get pretty good at using it

I am starting a documentary project with 35mm film project in Greece using a Nikon F5 and Tr-X so I hope everything will go well. Last time I shot film was again in Greece 12 years ago. Yes I said it!

I wish I could care enough to go shooting again. Over the years it seems I've lost my interest in everything I ever enjoyed... photography, high-end audio, boating/fishing, travel, mineral/fossil/metorite collecting, and some other things. But the pinnacle of these was photography. It was once the absolute joy of my life when I was younger and I was pretty good at it. I've bought some nice gear recently to get back into what I once loved but I don't even want to take the time use it. I thought having the equipment I want would inspire me to shoot again. It's not... not yet anyway. My attitude has sucked for so long that I'm beginning to think I never will.
