Just wondering if nayone knows some way of printing e6 by hand anymore? could you point me in the direction of information if so?? thanks

Ilfochrome print material. There are several threads ongoing about these products on APUG.

Ilfochrome (Cibachrome) is a nice process. Not too difficult. But it's quite expensive.
There are also other possibilities; if you want to experiment a bit or want to have as cheap prints as possible (10 to 15 times cheaper than Ilfochrome), and "so-so" or "experimental" quality prints are ok for your purposes, you can also try Reversal RA-4 process. Or you can always copy your slides to a color negative film (make so-called internegatives) and make RA-4 prints. This may be the easiest and cheapest way...
