Shelf Life of Kodak FR and Replinisher

Anyone have an idea of the shelf life of unopened Kodak Flexicolor Final Rinse and Replinisher (CAT 867 3170)? I purchased two bottles to make 5 Liters each from a camera store yesterday and noticed "VAL: 2009-09" printed in white on the label when i returned home. I went back to the store this afternoon but all the remaining bottles have the same date. Do you think this product is still good?

The C-41 final rinse will keep virtually forever until it starts to grow things in it such as mold and bacteria. At that point, when you see floaters, throw it out.
