I was trawling through the ebay darkroom ads, when I can across this http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Durst-Laborator-1840-10x10-photographic-big-enlarger_W0QQitemZ130374353294QQcmdZViewItemQQptZA U_Cameras_Photographic_Accessories?hash=item1e5aea c18e#ht_1701wt_1167 - blast!! Their website confirms this too, and I was thinking just recently of getting a nice print from them of a 6x9 slide of a Swiss Glacier I made last year...

Well Marc,
What can i say???????????
Don't think they will get the bids. Brought mine for $850.00 AUD 5 years ago.
It's only the value of the buyer that really dictates the prices. Sorry news. I can remember during the 90's the domino's falling as labs closed left right and centre. Then I have the warm feeling that I worked in a few labs in the hay day of the early 80's
Rainy Sydney weather, the smell of chemistry, cigarettes and the warmth of your own darkroom. Print, into the box, across the hall and feed into the kreonite, the monster had to be feed chemistry and paper.
