I always shoot film in Belgrade when I'm there, usually en route to or from a more mountainous region of former Yugoslavia. Sometimes I get stuck there for longer than I like because of train delays, so I would like to know whether there is a good fast E6 lab in the city.

You might try Elite Photo. Personally, I don't use their serivces (yet), but I hear good things about the shop.
