paper, tin ( aluminum ) glass

paper is a piece of cake
glass isn't too hard
metal, not too easy.
it doesn't like to coat evenly
it doesn't like to coat thin ( and evenly )
i can see why people give up or claim it "doesn't work"
i figure people shot coated metal plates from the 1880s until the 1920s-30s
it must work its just a matter of getting it right...
i reclaimed the toaster oven's pizza stone and heated it in the toaster at 150ºF and it stayed hot
and when i put the tins on they stayed hot too .. now its just about coating it without the plate cooling too fast,
and then chilling it ... fast.
i blackened some more RC paper and tomorrow some fiber paper for an easy material to coat ... we'll see if it works
the third time as well as the first two.
