Picked up the current VC on Friday, and read Sandy's article on the Carbon process..Very nice job Sandy. Made me want to call B&S and order everything and get started. Also, nice article that shows off some of Clay's work as well...
we are all glad you have time to spend with us.
I agree. Its a very good article the likes of which I would like to see more of.
The Carbon print is something I will definitely try when I have my own Darkroom.
Good work Sandy
Just read the article; and it mentioned more info exits on-line. I went scurrying into the kitchen's garbage bin to retrieve the magazine's wrapper. Fortunately, my wife hadn't thrown too many table scraps into the garbage so I was able to retrieve it with only minor mess strewn over the floor (sure wish View Camera would come-up with a better method ). The on-line article includes greater detail on sensitizing the tissue, light source, contrast control & info about "the dark effect". Great article and much appreciated effort by B&S to make this process more widely available.
