you weren't fast enough, and then are upset with the seller ?
jimithing616's responding post was unacceptable, but as a newby I understand why he might not be aware that a post to a thread wouldn't supplant an earlier private message.
With your way of thinking, I guess that means I should be upset with Ann, too.
She doesn't even know me, but, no matter... Ann should have read my mind
and PM'd me, [before] she put the film up for sale.
Ann, now there's a joke for you! :)
Thanks for the support, but things have been resolved behind the scenes.
:) now if I could figure out how to sell a few other odds and ends we have at the lab that fast my head with be spinning.
The only film left, (all the rest is pending)
Fuji Sensa 100/200
Protra 400 VC
Kodak Max all
PM'd for the Portra 400 VC & Kodak Gold.
PS: If the deal for the Portra 400 NC falls out, I'll take a bunch of it.
+1 for Ann always has been great as a seller.... Bill
Just to set the record straight, I did post stating what I wanted, but all of it had already been sold. (the Portra was still available, but I passed as it would have went to a friend who cheaped-out on me.) :whistling:
As Ann has stated, we worked things out behind the scenes, I had perceived an injustice, and I was wrong. Your comment's are not needed or appreciated so I would appreciate if you would refrain from them. Two wrongs certainly don't make a right and berating me for something that has absolutely nothing to do with you is most definitely uncalled for as you have no reason to, as Ann stated, we worked it out behind the scenes. Ann, See what i'm talking about now? ;)
This is why I always will post saying "PM sent for XXXX" so people know what I'm hoping to buy and when I sent the PM. But oddly, I've had people flame me to posting such "PM sent" messages, as if it's hurting them to read them. Some folks just get odd about things...
