Is this a Ford?

I don't think it is either an American made Ford or Chevrolet of the era suggested. Look at headlights, hood with seam down the middle, name on front of grill, door handles. I am without a clue as to what it is other than to say I don't think it is the American made version of anything. Bill Barber

Just looking at the photo, The number of rusted areas over the grill should be a clue, FORD(found on road, dead/fix or repair daily).

Or it could just as well be FIAT (Fix It Again Tony)

Trying to read the remnants of the name, I was wondering if it was an OPEL, which would fit in with the location but I do not know for certain if OPEL made that type of vehicle as well as cars.
