Prints from the masters on the auction block

Kind of fun to look at the going price of prints from the masters at Sotheby's in New York on Monday 3/30.

A contingent of the New England Large Format Photography Collective will descend upon the AIPAD show in New York tomorrow. We went last year as well. It will be interesting to compare prices between last year's show and this one. My bet is that they won't be down as much as one might expect, since serious collectors tend to be very well healed. I'll wager that a lot of TARP money will be exchanged for vintage photographs during the AIPAD show.
