Age of Sitter in Photograph - What is Your Guess?

Just curious as to your guesstimate as to the age of the person second from the left in this photo? My son dug this out of a stack of images in my collection.

    Thanks,
    Jon

“Photography is a complex and fluid medium, and its many factors are not applied in simple sequence. Rather, the process may be likened to the art of the juggler in keeping many balls in the air at one time!”

    * A semi-educated guess after spending way too many evenings surfing the Shorpy website.
"When making a portrait, my approach is quite the same as when I am portraying a rock. I do not wish to impose my personality upon the sitter, but, keeping myself open to receive reactions from his own special ego, record this with nothing added: except of course when I am working professionally, when money enters in,—then for a price, I become a liar..."

I haven't a clue about the ages, but the two young ladies standing in the back right could pass for my ex-wife and one of my daughters, respectivly.

Wow Rick, I wouldn't have guessed you were that old...

As for my guess, I'm thinking mid-thirties, maybe early 40's.
