I bought an Epson 1280 recently and the black print head doesn't work (went through all of the paces including deep head cleanings and flushes/soaks with cleaning solution). Happily I talked to the seller and he refunded most of the purchase price and I only ended up paying $100 for the printer--hey, I'm only using it for Mark's PDN system, so I don't need the black ink.

Because of this I have 2 black ink cartridges that I don't need and would like to recoup my expense in buying them. One is still in it's original OEM package, but the other has been opened. To make sure the fault didn't lie with the ink cartridge that came with the printer I had to insert this cartridge to try it out. It has been sitting on my desk for about 3-4 days in a ziplock bag. I would like to sell both of them to someone here on apug for $30 which includes shipping. $5 of the 30 will be donated to Apug. I don't want to deal with the (what, 75% now?) that paypal charges so let me know you want them and I'll go ahead and mail them out. Just send me a personal check, money order, or well hidden cash. I would prefer to sell them to someone in the US to keep down the shipping cost and the ease of shipping (I don't have to stand in line to mail domestic, we have an automated machine at the local USPS).

Note: I will also trade the cartridges for $15 and a print ($5 for the shipping, $5 for Apug, and $5 to offset the cost of the frame to hang it on the wall) or I will trade the two black cartridges straight up for one color cartridge.
