Just an FYI post:

I was having trouble nailing down EXACTLY what I wanted in the very upper reaches of the highlights using PDN and the palladium process. I don't know why I didn't think of this before! I took the numbers (the readings from each step) I had saved from the second (with correction curve) printing of the 101 step tablet and created a curve using these numbers. This curve was then combined with my original curve to give me one final curve that is very smooth and right on the money. If you haven't done this then I suggest taking the time to do so (I think Mark should have added this in steps for making a curve) because it will help smooth things out and get everything right where you want it. If you followed Mark's system, i.e. reprinted the 101-step tablet and read the densities, then you don't have to do anymore printing, just take the numbers you have and make another curve. The final step is to use the CurveCombiner found in the graphics pallette and combine the two curves.

Curious if anyone else has done this...
