opening a file

I'm trying get a SCSI scanner I bought to work with my computer. I got it all going but when I go to download a trial version of Vuescan I get a message telling me that Mozilla doesn't know what to do with this file. I have an "open it box" and then a blank fill in box. HELP PLEASE!!!!

Peter,

It's not clear to me which dialog box may be open but when I use Mozilla it gives me a choice to Open the file or Save It.
