They are a long way to go to be nowhere. *L*.

We are going to Sea Ranch for a week. Time to recharge the batteries. There are some nice spots to photograph, but not like Big Sur. It's a pretty mellow place, the area above Bodega Bay. You might like the Russian River area. Lots of history there.

How's Sacra-tomato today? Hot as Hades from what I hear.

Default I'm in Sacramento

I like it about 50% of the time. The traffic is getting out of control. It's too spread out and public transportation sucks, so everyone drives, alone. If it's too hot I usually go to the bay area.

Well, here in Brentwood (in the Delta) we get some pretty hot summers, too.

It's already getting quite warm at mid-day, even with a partial cloud cover.

However winters are quite enjoyable. It's not nearly as wet as Oregon and Washington. Its only cold for 2 months... december and january.
I just love it. North Central Valley folks never seem to mention the winter weather's "dirty little secret" - TULE FOG. Although it does make for some enjoyable images, navigating the roadways is a challenge.

While we're "coming clean" on weather secrets, why don't you Arizona folks fess up to monsoon season!

Cheers,
Geary
