    Ordering from Freestyle

    Does anyone know whether Freestyle Photo can ship black-and-white chemicals to New Zealand?

    And would anyone like to share shipping on an order from Freestyle?

    If they do ship chems to NZ, it would probably be in powder form. Even if they do ship liquids, it's best to order powder form, and save money on weight,plus you can order larger quantity for the same money. A quick email to them will get you an answer.

    Look at the items on their website & it will tell you if it can be sent by air. Some products say "OMRD ground shipping only" eg Rodinal falls into this category while other liquid chems don't.

    It depends, really. There are developers which are restricted by the US authorities to be exported or only ground shipping only, for example Rodinal. But there are so many other developers which do not have this restriction such as HC-110, Xtol etc. I have ordered both liquid and powder film and paper developers from Freestyle before and have them sent to Malaysia. So I don't t think they'll have any problems shipping those to New Zealand.
