The reason I stopped taking part in the main print exchanges was the cost of sending 3 or 4 international packages each time, so I would like this to remain as a uk only exchange - no reason why there cant be a mainland europe exchange too though Ole ....

I'd like to participate, but might not be able to contribute every month. Would this mess up your arrangements, Dave?

    Dave?

Dave! Put the bloody cheesecake down for a minute, will you?!

I think participation would be by opting in at the start of each period, rather than the other way around. I suggested a monthly cycle since I felt that would be more likely to keep the impetus going. I guess most of us will want to show-off our latest masterpiece, but since the chances are that we will only be exchanging with the same person at yearly or longer intervals, this suggests that you could send out the same picture several times if strapped for a satisfactory shot. One thing that this must not become is a pressure event.

I must take this opportunity Frank, of pointing out that what happens in private between a man, and his cheesecake is none of your business. :o
    Regards Dave.

Thanks for the clarification. Please count me in for at least the first round.

    Great idea Dave.

I can't manage all the printing at this time but would like to join in later?

Can I join in please, even though I'm not a great fan of cheesecake?

I'd prefer the exchange to be just the UK as it does get quite expensive sending photos across the world. But you can reduce the costs if you send them unmounted and use the printed papers rate which is nearly half the price of normal airmail.

    Cheers

    Mike
