Frank, may I suggest that you now run a second poll with the choice being between Kent and Devon, and allow only one vote each for the original voters only.

Okay, that sounds fine. A couple of points though -

1) I don't think I can forcibly restrict the voters to a list. We'll have to relay on people's cooperation, and I'd like to make it people how intend to attend the Gathering rather than people who voted in the last round.
2) I think the timescale should be shorter. How about five days?

I may have missed someone also say this, but should the date be posted, too, in order that those who can and intend to go, vote, as it were?
