I really can't wait to get out of the city ... I am far from packed though. I am running very low stock in film supplies... for the restocking bit, I read that Across was the film to go for for night photography because of its latitude re: reciprocity light failure.
The last time that I looked for some Across, all my usual spots (Jacobs/Silverprint/Calumet) were out of stock. Do any of you know whether Across is available again on the high street? Otherwise, what should be my next alternative ?

I get mine from http://choose-film.com/ . They have all Acros formats except 8x10 which I get from http://www.japanexposures.com/ (I do wish Fuji would import this to the UK). Other alternatives are http://www.robertwhite.co.uk/ or Professional Film & Digital on 0161 273 3003
