Just wanted to let everyone know, I will be having a show of my work at the Groton (Mass.) Public Library from June 17th until the end of August. This is a selection of images from the series I have titled
Small Wonders. This body of work is an exploration of childhood play, and are presented as selenium toned gelatin silver prints.
There will be an opening/workshop where I will take out the 4x5 camera, and give a little demo, and then make polaroid portraits of some of the folks attending. This workshop will be on Saturday June 28th from 12:00pm to 2:00pm. We are welcoming high school students, but adults can come and play, too!!
If you are in New England at all this summer, let me know... I would love to share this work with other APUGger's, and I will meet you there. If you can't make it this summer, the show will be "traveling" (do you love it??) to the Acton Memorial Library in Acton, MA in September and October.
