    Boston area photo show review

Excellent review of an interesting-sounding show in North Andover in
    today's Boston Globe:
    http://tinyurl.com/2d9le4h
Mark Feeney (always a good read) on a collection of photos with a
"road" theme, including many Walker Evans but also many others,
    inclding Ed Ruscha.

    I'd like to see it....

Here's a link to the gallery page for the show. The Lehman Art Center is a gem, and Brooks is a nice place to visit. I hope to get up there to see it soon. It runs through June 12. Road trip, Bill?

I saw that review today, and it looks well worth the drive. If you head over there some weekend, let me know!!

Managed to free up an hour on the way between Plymouth and Vermont to take in this show and it is well worth the effort. Many Evans prints, but also Danny Lyons, Robert Frank, Eggleston, Shore. It is so worth while to look at prints. Mark Feeney's review is an excellent introduction. The show has me looking back at some of my color work... go to see it, is my advice.
