Very jealous about your outing looked like a lot of fun!

Wanted to give another shout out for Paul Ebel. Just got my Rolleiflex back from him and works great. It took about 6 weeks as he was really busy but the quality of his work and the outstanding price was well worth it.

John, yours are the very same symptoms I had with my almost identical camera -- one evening I discovered that a quarter of a second was actually, oh, say, maybe a minute or two... higher speeds, above perhaps a 60th, were fine. So I sent it to Oceanside and it came back working beautifully, and though it was expensive (whatever that means) I plan to amortize that investment over many years.

I am going to brink my Rollei down to Zack's camera in Providence to have an overhaul done because currently, when I go to advance the film, the shutter fires too....

Always. Touch and go for me the next few weekends though. I'll post here again if I know I'm going in for a couple of hours.

Thanks. I do all my own b&w. I've done some of my own color, but time is getting more precious all the time.
