monthly or bi-monthly get togethers

is anyone interested in starting a get together on a regular basis.
i am thinking monthly but maybe bi-monthly would be better for some.
i would be willing to do the organization and planning but will leave idea up to everyone.i had alot of fun at sloss furnaces and i think there is alot to see and shoot all over ga and surrounding areas.
if you are in the area and dont think you would be able to do a regular thing but would like to be told about events please post a reply and i will pm all with info.
i am going to do some research but if interested give me some ideas or areas you would like to go.

by the way sundays are best for me but i may be able to do a saturday every other month

Another venue to consider would be darkroom visits. Particpants would come to the hosts house for a tour of the facilities, maybe some printing, maybe a potluck meal and print viewing. Whatever works out to be fun and entertaining and possibly educational to entry level members. When my basement is cleared of the furniture stored by the children just getting out of college and married we can set my lights back up and try some studio work. For that a volunteer model or two would be fun.
