I have not done it yet (although I know I can cut it). I was going to peel off a piece of vinyl from mine to measure it but mine appears to be different. What looks like vinyl is actually a texture in the aluminium moulding.
If you want me to cut a piece for you, I will need some measurements:
1. The overall diameter (measured as if it was one whole circular piece.
2. The distance from the flat edge to the top of the curve.
3. The distance from the flat edge to the centre of the hole.
4. The diameter of the hole.
If you can measure these, I can cut you a couple of pieces. I have textured black vinyl with £m 467 adhesive laminated to the back. This is a very strong sheet adhesive - strong enough for car manufacturers to apply badges and trim with.

Thank you for the offer.
Another idea, I will remove my other half circle, measure and scan 1:1 (Ill post on here just in case anyone else find it useful).
Maybe I can post you a piece that Paul very kindly sent from NY can you can laser that for me?

This image is 300dpi and should be 4.04cm tall when printed (the ruler scale should obviously match)

Posted here for anyone else who finds it useful.
Just to add I think if it was a complete circle it would be 24mm Diameter, worked out in photo shop and checked on the camera winder.

All cut and ready to fit now.
I punched out a 25mm circle (closest punch to 24mm I had readily available)
Cut the 8mm deep arcs out
Punched the 3mm holes with a hand hole punch
Thought I would change both so that they match 100%
Job Done!

I'm glad it all worked out. I was about to write a post apologising for not laser cutting some parts yet as we had a bit of a rush on at work over the last few days.
I pasted your image into AutoCAD and now have a suitable profile to cut so if for any reason your parts don't work out, let me know and I will cut some of the material I have here.
