Mine worked fine with silver oxide batteries -- the last one I had in there lasted almost two years before I accidentally left the meter on and ran it down. Now I have a bad CdS cell, so I'm shooting Sunny 16...
Photography has always fascinated me -- as a child, simply for the magic of capturing an image onto glossy paper with a little box, but as an adult because of the unique juxtaposition of science and art -- the physics of optics, the mechanics of the camera, the chemistry of film and developer, alongside the art in seeing, composing, exposing, processing and printing.

    Good evening Uncle Bill,
As I posted before, I am desperately looking for an electric cable release for a Pentax LX winder, could you help me with a hint?
    Much obliged,
    Philippe
