I used Evo-Stick "solvent free" Impact, multi-purpose contact cement on the back of the Porter's material. Half a tin of that worked fine. Then tyre-repair rubber glue for the seam.

I used to be a little cavalier about camera bellows; considering them a consumable item, like tires on a car. That was unitl I priced new ones, and built one. Now I treat them like precious gems...
