Idea's for lens cone
I'm building a 6x9 camera by using a film back.
It will likely have a 58 or 65mm lens on it.
Any ideas what I can use for a lens cone?
I was thinking a rectangular lens hood mounted in reverse may work, if it is the right size.
Brainstormers welcome

Well, you don't really need a cone, you could just use bellows. I used a 6x9 to 4x5 adapter back with bellows to build my ultrawide shift gizmo. Currently I have a 55mm lens mounted on it. In the photo it's a 65mm.

If you don't have bellows then I guess you'll focus helicoidally.

Black abs pipe and a abs end cap. All from your hardware store. Adjust the position of the pipe inside the cap where you want it for focal length before you glue it up.
