The third pic points to the wind lock lever. I used a wire bending pliers (smooth round tapered tips). one tip under the neck of both levers, the other over the nose of the black lever. Gently bend it clockwise. Too much and it will lock up on next wind.

watch maker or Fool ?
My cheif engineer told me only a watch maker or a fool repairs watchs, not sure which I am sometimes but I still work on and sometimes actually repair cameras have a vario shutter that was stuck on release with no speeds: got working on all but B,I really need a drawing or something as a spring fell out when I took the back off and I have yet to figure out where it goes.

Got a Vivitar 200mm telephoto lens at a camera show for $1 since the aperture blades were all messed up. I figured I could use the glass for a magnifier and save all the set screws and that would be worth $1. I took apart the lens (first time for me with a 35mm lens) and took out the blades, Now I have a wide open 200mm lens with good glass. Who knows, might be interesting. If the serial number/manufacturer lists are right, this one was made by Olympus.
