Zone VI (Tachihara) Rise Lock Knob

Does anyone have a source for a Zone VI Lensboard Rise Lock Knob Nickle Plated. When I bought my 4x5 one of the knobs was missing.

I've tried various hardware sources to no avail. Any help or hints would be appreciated.
