DIY Toyo style ground glass loupe

I'm thinking about making my own loupe similar to the one Toyo used to make. I'm fairly competent at machining on my small lathe, but does anyone know how many elements are in one of those loupes? I suspect only two, but I want to ask anyone who has one. Thanks.

Not sure about the Toyos but most nicer Loupes use a cemented triplet.
