It looks like my plan of drilling a hole in the spindle and forcing a slightly larger nail into the hole worked. Can't use 120 spools in this camera, there is just too much metal to grind away and I'm afraid I'd make a hole clean through to the front if I tried. So I'll just have to learn to respool 120 film onto 620 in my dark bag!
